Towards a New Congo Crisis? A Roundtable Conversation on Security, Electoral Tensions and Political Imaginaries in the DRC

2017 was a year of tensions in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) – with frequent protests against the deferment of the electoral process in urban centers, mass displacement of civilians, deadly attacks, and cycles of insurrection and repression in several provinces. This roundtable discussion examines the current situation in the DRC and its possible evolutions in the coming few months.
